1. Condition of Goods

All items sold on Broadcast Bargains are second-hand unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to accurately describe the condition and functionality of each item. However, please be aware:

• No Warranty: Items are sold as-is with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, unless specifically stated in the product description.
• Condition: Each product listing includes a description of its condition. Buyers are encouraged to carefully review all product details before making a purchase.

2. Pricing and Availability

• Prices for items are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.
• While we strive to keep product availability up to date, items may be sold or withdrawn from sale at any time.
• Items marked as “SOLD” will not be available for purchase.

3. Payment

• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Once payment is received, the item will be prepared for shipment.

4. Shipping and Collection

• Shipping is available for most items unless otherwise specified in the listing. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.

• We aim to dispatch all items within 3-5 working days, but delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

• If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss the issue. Any requests for refunds or returns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
